Attorney Neda Khosrowzadeh operates a boutique law firm specializing in reviewing and negotiating physician employment contracts. She assists physicians and private practices in contracting with hospitals, physician groups or other entities through employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, exclusive provider agreements, physician syndication agreements, or other agreements with health care entities and insurers. She also provides experienced legal service in professional licensure and disciplinary actions.
Attorney Khosrowzadeh has experience in the legal departments of some of the largest health care providers in the country. Prior to establishing her own firm, she represented national health care facilities in the enforcement of physician employment contracts. She understands the unique legal considerations of physicians, hospitals and other medical providers.
Attorney Khosrowzadeh is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. She is a member of the health law section of the Florida Bar and American Bar Associations. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
